Mr. Chewy doesn't think you should feel like you have to buy the farm to get a deal on shipping. So if your order is less than $49, we only charge $4.95 flat rate for your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

You shouldn't have to wait to get your order! So we work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Most customers receive their orders within 3-5 days of placing them.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man.

I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico?
Sorry, we only ship within the continental US at this time.

I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

I'm not home?
No problem. We usually leave it up to the drivers unless you have specific instructions. They first try to get you at home and if after a couple times they can't get you, they'll drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager.
